Announces New Commerce 2000 Platform
eGain Communications unveiled the eGain Commerce 2000 Platform, which
integrates eGain's suite of eCommerce customer communication solutions -
eGain Live (formerly eGain Web Collaboration System), eGain Mail (formerly
eGain Email Management System) and eGain Campaign (an outbound marketing
system scheduled for release in early 2000). The eGain Commerce 2000
Platform allows for eCommerce customer communications by providing
service, sales and marketing departments with a, 360-degree view of all
customer communications.
ESP 3.6 Offers New Customer Relationship
Management Capabilities
CustomerSoft, Inc. announced the release of version 3.6 of the company’s
ESP – Expert Support Program. The ESP v.3.6 upgrade includes a
pre-defined, yet customizable, Sales and Marketing Support Mode, along
with a Defect Tracking capability and a Customer Relations Support Mode.
Each department within an organization can have its own view of customer
data, as well as control over how data is displayed and edited.
Interactive Intelligence Announces Korean
Localization
Interactive Intelligence, Inc. announced that it had released the Korean
version of its interaction management solution, the Enterprise Interaction
Center® (EIC) 1.3. EIC 1.2, already translated in Japanese, Korean and
Mandarin, is installed at over 300 sites worldwide, with nearly 20 sites
in Asia-Pacific.
Onyx Software Joins Cisco Resource Network
