Aspect Communications Corporation, a provider of customer relationship
portals, announced Aspect® E-Force Management, a capability under
development for managing a company's workforce and resources within its
multimedia contact center. Built upon the company's TCS Management Group,

Broadbase Software, Inc. announced the release of E-Personalize, the
latest addition to the company's growing suite of analytic applications.

Inference Announces Third Quarter Results
Inference Corporation reported that total revenues for the third quarter
ended October 31, 1999 were $5.5 million, a 34% decrease from revenues of
$8.3 million during the same quarter last year. Loss from operations for

Quintus Announces Initial Public Offering
Quintus Corporation announced the initial public offering of 4.5 million
shares of common stock at an offering price of $18.00 per share. All of

Siebel Systems Acquires OnTarget, Inc.
Siebel Systems, Inc. announced an agreement to acquire OnTarget, Inc., a
provider of consulting services and training programs for sales and

Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Attune Form Global
Alliance

software, announced a strategic alliance that will expand the companies'

SafeHarbor.com Announces $4.5M Investment
SafeHarbor.com, a provider of Web-based customer relationship management
support services, has completed a $4.5M second round of financing
including significant investments from Olympic Venture Partners and
Silknet Software, Inc., the company announced. The investments will
provide SafeHarbor.com with the capital required to expand their Contact
Center and their sales and marketing operations.
