Internet Tradeline Enhances Point & Shop Network
Internet Tradeline, Inc. and PeopleSupport.com announced a partnership to
deliver 24/7 customer guidance and support to Internet Tradeline's Point
& Shop(tm) network of online stores. Starting today, visitors to the
Point & Shop network will be provided with personal shopping
assistance through real-time chat, email and phone. Under the arrangement,
PeopleSupport.com will provide customer service representatives (eReps)
through live text chat and e-mail on a 24/7 basis. Customer support will
be available on all malls in the Point & Shop network through a
"Live Chat Shopping Support" icon found on the bottom left-hand
side of the navigation bar throughout the network.
Pivotal and ServicePlus to Provide Integrated
Field Service Solution
ServicePlus Corporation and Pivotal Corporation announced an agreement in
which the two companies will integrate their respective products to
deliver field service management capabilities to Pivotal's eBusiness
Relationship Management (eBRM) solution. Under the agreement, the
ServicePlus line of service management systems (SMS) will be for use by
sales, support and field service teams responsible for the servicing,
maintenance and repairing of serialized equipment.

STAR Information Technology and Onyx Software Partner
STAR Information Technology, a provider of information technology
consulting, systems integration, and training, announced that it has been
chosen a Premier Implementation Partner and value-added reseller (VAR) of
Onyx Software products. Under terms of the agreement, STAR will represent
Onyx Software in the mid-Atlantic to New England regions. STAR will
provide sales, system integration and support services for Onyx customers.
As a result of its relationship with Onyx, STAR expects to double the size
of its organization over the next year.

Interactive Intelligence, Inc. announced the availability of e-FAQ(TM), a
new stand-alone product designed to automate e-mail responses using
artificial intelligence. e-FAQ allows organizations to make use of
knowledge in the form of ``Frequently Asked Questions'' (FAQs) to
automatically service incoming messages. The product uses artificial
intelligence and linguistic techniques to examine e-mail inquiries, look
for matches in a database of frequently asked questions, and automatically
respond if an appropriate match is found.
Peregrine Hires Executive; Former GartnerGroup VP
Peregrine Systems®, Inc. announced that it has expanded its executive
team with the appointment of Joseph Pucciarelli as area vice president,
E-business solutions. Pucciarelli joins Peregrine Systems from
GartnerGroup, where he was a vice president and research director focusing

initiatives. The company also announced that it has received funding from
Trident Capital, a venture capital firm.

Edify announced that Coastal Banc, a state savings bank headquartered in
Houston, Texas is using Edify's e-Banking System (EBS) to provide complete
online banking services to its customers. Coastal Banc uses Edify's
e-Banking system to offer its customers access to their account
information, funds transfer capabilities, check ordering, stop payment
requests and the ability to communicate securely with Coastal Banc's
Customer Connection Center.
