Talisma Corporation announced it has developed an integration solution between its Talisma email management solution and the Pivotal eRelationship 2 Web solution for eBusiness Relationship Management. The Talisma(TM) e-service solution, an e-mail and Web form management software tool, has been integrated to support Pivotal's Pivotal eRelationship eBusiness Relationship Management solution.

eGain Communications Expands Hosted Network
eGain Communications announced that 65 e-commerce companies (over half of its customers) have turned to eGain to deploy and host their customer service solution. Companies hosting with eGain include Mazda USA, i-Escrow, KBkids.com, and Rittenhouse Financial.

Astea Launches Service-Centric CRM Solution
Astea International Inc. announced a November 1 release date for Version 4.2 of its ServiceAlliance® front office software. The new version includes code for integrating Astea's recently announced AllianceLinks(TM) enterprise application integration (EAI) middleware options. Other enhancements include improvements to ServiceAlliance's preventative maintenance, meter billing, service logistics, vendor invoice processing, warranty claims processing. Version 4.2 also reveals Astea's plans for a new service sales automation product to be announced later this year.

TeleTech Names New President And Chief Executive Officer
TeleTech Holdings named Scott Thompson as president and chief executive officer. He also will join the TeleTech board of directors. Thompson, 43, was formerly president of Lucent Technologies' Netcare Professional Services Division.

eLoyalty Posts Record Results
eLoyalty today announced a record breaking third quarter. This announcement comes just three weeks after Technology Solutions Company's announcement to accelerate the spin-off of eLoyalty into a separate publicly traded company from TSC. Among other Q3 highlights, eLoyalty reported record revenues of $38.0 million, signed on 24 customers, and introduced several new software offerings.

Vantive Reports Third Quarter Earnings and Revenues
For the quarter, revenues were $43.0 million, compared with revenues of $41.7 million in the third quarter of 1998. The net loss for the quarter (excluding $1.3 million in restructuring charges) was $4.7 million, or $.17 per diluted share, compared with a net income of $1.0 million, or $.04 per diluted share in the third quarter of 1998.

E.piphany Announces Record Third Quarter
Revenues for the third quarter of 1999 were $5.3 million, an increase of 381% from revenues of $1.1 million in the same period last year, and a 65% increase over the immediately preceding second quarter. Excluding the amortization of stock-based compensation, net loss for the quarter was $6.0 million, or $(0.34) per share, compared to a net loss of $2.5 million, or $(0.25) per share during the third quarter of 1998.

Genesys Reports Record Revenues and Earnings
Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. reported revenues of $45.9 million for the first quarter ended September 30, 1999, an increase of 58% compared to revenues of $29.0 million for the same period of fiscal 1999. The Company reported net income of $6.3 million, or $0.21 per share, for the quarter, compared to net income of $3.8 million, or $0.15 per share, for the same period of the prior fiscal year.

Davox Reports Third Quarter Financial Results
Davox reported record revenue for the third quarter of 1999 of $24.0 million, compared with $20.9 million for the same period last year, an increase of 15%. Net income was $3.5 million, or $0.25 per diluted share for the third quarter of 1999, compared with net income of $1.9 million, or $0.13 per diluted share in the third quarter of 1998, an increase of 85%.

Applix Announces Third Quarter Revenues
Revenues increased 21% to $14.6 million compared to $12.0 million for the quarter ended September 30, 1998. Net income for the third quarter of 1999 was $847,000, or $0.07 per diluted share, representing a 368% increase from a net income of $181,000, or $0.02 per diluted share, for the same period in 1998.

Siebel Reports Revenue and Earnings
Net revenues for the third quarter were $195.3 million, compared with $104.2 million for the same period last year, an increase of 87 percent. Net income was $30.1 million or $0.27 per share, compared with net income of $14.1 million or $0.14 per share for the third quarter of 1998, increases of 114 and 93 percent, respectively.

License Revenue Growth Fuels Peregrine Systems
Total revenues for the second quarter increased 95 percent to a record $57.8 million, compared with revenues of $29.7 million in the comparable prior year period. Net income excluding acquired in-process research and development costs and amortization of intangible assets amounted to $8.4 million or $0.16 per diluted share for the second quarter compared to $4.5 million or $0.10 per diluted share for the comparable prior year period.
