Peregrine Introduces Facilities Management
Solution;
Acquires Knowlix
Peregrine Systems®, Inc. announced the release of FacilityCenter(TM), a
facility and real estate management solution. FacilityCenter manages the
lifecycle of the facility from acquisition, design and space utilization
through maintenance and renovation to retirement.
Peregrine also announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire
Knowlix Corporation, a provider of knowledge management solutions for help
desk and customer support centers. The iKnow(TM) family of software is
currently integrated with Peregrine Systems ServiceCenter(TM) and will be
integrated into all other applications in Peregrine Systems Infrastructure

Talisma Corp. announced that its Talisma e-service software will be
delivered in Pivotal Corporation's new Pivotal eRelationship 2 eBusiness
Relationship Management (eBRM) solution announced separately by Pivotal.
As a member of the Pivotal Syndicate, this alliance combines Talisma
technology with the Pivotal eRelationship IntraHub Smart Portal(TM) which

Aspect Announces Certification of Its Customer
Relationship Portal and DataMart Products for Microsoft Windows 2000

Aspect Communications Corporation announced that it has certified its
Aspect® Customer Relationship Portal and Aspect Customer DataMart
products to be fully compliant with Microsoft's Windows 2000 Professional,

Market-Touch Corporation announced it has joined the Pivotal B2B
Syndicate. As part of the alliance, Market-Touch will offer Pivotal
customers sales effectiveness services that complement the Pivotal
eRelationship 2 Web solution for eBusiness relationship management.
Melita International Announces Preliminary Q3
Results
Melita International announced that it expects revenues of approximately
of $18.5 million to $19.0 million for its third quarter. The company
stated it was disappointed in the revenue performance of the
telephny-based business. In relation to completing the acquisitions of
eShare and smallwonder softworks, the Company expects to incur one-time
charges in the third quarter of approximately $4.0 to $4.5 million, or
$.18 to $.21 per share. In addition, at the end of the quarter, the
Company implemented a reduction in force of approximately 40 employees,
principally related to its telephony-based business.
Support Technologies Expands US Operations
Support Technologies, Inc. announced plans to expand its national presence
with two new offices in the United States. The new Support Technologies
offices will open in Denver, Colorado and Houston, Texas next month. The
Company anticipates another U.S. expansion of eight to ten offices during
the first half of next year.
HelpMaster Pro Surpasses 200 Client Mark
PRD Software has recently registered its 200th client using the helpdesk
application, HelpMaster Pro. This coincides with the recent release of v5
of the CRM software.
