Vantive Certified to Integrate with PeopleSoft
The Vantive Corporation announced that PeopleSoft has designated Vantive as the first CRM vendor certified to integrate to PeopleSoft's new Enterprise Integration Points for CRM. At the core of this certification is Vantive QuickConnect for PeopleSoft, which allows integration to PeopleSoft's e-business backbone. Integration between Vantive and PeopleSoft enables the sharing of customer information between the front-office and the PeopleSoft platform.
Excite@Home Selects Tioga's Internet Support Solution
Tioga Systems announced an agreement to provide Excite@Home Internet service customers with Tioga's ISP eSupport solution. Under the terms of the agreement, Excite@Home will utilize Tioga's eSupport offering to deliver support worldwide to all end users of the @Home network. With an installed base of over 620,000 users and a growth rate of more than 300 percent a year, Excite@Home provides Internet services to a growing set of consumer and small business users.
SITEL Adopts NewChannel's Technology to Enhance Web Sales
NewChannel Inc. said today that SITEL Corp. has adopted NewChannel's Targeted Engagement Technology, which optimizes person-to-person contact in e-commerce sales. SITEL, an international provider of outsourced customer relationship management services will use the technology to acquire business customers for ValueWeb, the Web hosting subsidiary of e.spire Communications, Inc.

High Tech High Touch Solutions, Inc. named Michael Wilborn as Business Development Director. Prior to joining High Tech High Touch Solutions, Inc., Michael held positions with US West Communications and IBM.
Rockwell Deploys Broadbase
Broadbase Software announced that Rockwell Automation is implementing Broadbase's EPM / Customer Service in its customer support centers. Rockwell Automation will use Broadbase's Web-based analytic application to analyze customer satisfaction levels, identify bottlenecks in case management and perform problem cause analysis. By integrating and analyzing all customer service touch points, Rockwell hopes EPM / Customer Service will enable a comprehensive understanding of the entire customer life cycle, driving closed loop analysis and improved customer service levels.
Advanstar Announces New CRM Events
Advanstar today announced the launch of Customer Relationship Management Solutions in eight locations around the world. The rollout comes on the heels of their initial CRM event, taking place in Chicago September 1-2, 1999. The event to be held in Los Angeles, California in September 2000 will serve as Advanstar's flagship CRM show.
Onyx Move Headquarters; Appoints New Board Members
