Firstwave Announces Offline Capability for Netgain Sales
Users of Netgain Sales can now utilize all the features of Netgain Sales and continue to access their sales data even at times when a direct, online connection isn't feasible. With the latest version of Netgain Sales, mobile users have the option of connecting only periodically to the Web. While in off-line mode, an up-to-date subset of the server-resident database is maintained on their laptop PC's. This data can then be accessed and modified from virtually any location -- airport terminals, hotels, conference sites or customer meetings -- without having to reinitiate an Internet connection.

Teltone and TManage Inc. announced an agreement adding OfficeLink 2000 to the line of telecommuting products now offered by TManage. Under the agreement, TManage is certified to market, distribute, install, and support turnkey OfficeLink 2000 systems. OfficeLink 2000 is an software product that provides teleworkers with the same digital PBX/ACD features they have when working in the office, including CTI-generated data, DNIS and ANI, transfer, conference, speed dial, visual message waiting and supervisor notification.
