Cellular One Boston Deploys Advantagekbs
Advantagekbs, Inc., today announced that
Cellular One Boston has adopted the companyıs IQSupport Pro product
along with its knowledge management services. Cellular One Boston is
deploying IQSupport Pro and the online reference system in an effort to
augment its customer support functionality in the Cellular One Call
Center.
Informix and Siebel Systems Announce Alliance
Informix Corporation and Siebel Systems, Inc.
today announced a global alliance that brings Siebel's
Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) solutions to Informix(R)
Dynamic Server(tm). Customers can now deploy Siebel's
integrated family of sales, marketing and customer service products
on Informix platforms.
BroadVision and Epiphany Partner
BroadVision(R), Inc. and Epiphany Inc. announced a partnership to deliver solutions that
create a more personalized relationship with the customer via the Internet.
With the Epiphany solution and BroadVision One-To-One Enterprise,
customers are able to tie together information that already exists in
sales, marketing, service, financial and manufacturing and apply it to
one-to-one web interactions.
Firstwave Technologies, Inc. Reports Third Quarter
Results
Firstwave(TM) Technologies, Inc. reported third quarter 1998 revenues of
$3.8 million, an increase over third quarter 1997
revenues of $3.5 million, and a net loss of $826,000 ($.16 per share),
in line with investment community expectations. Total
revenues from the Company for the first nine months of 1998
were $11.1 million, slightly ahead of revenues in the first nine
months of 1997.
