Remedy Purchases BayStone Software
Remedy(R) Corporation today announced its next step into the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) market with an agreement to purchase privately held BayStone Software.
Under the agreement, Remedy will pay approximately $10 million
dollars cash with various performance contingencies.
BayStone is already built upon the Remedy core technology
and BayStone was Remedy's first ISV.

Lavelle Engineering Technologies, Inc. (LET), has announced plans to
offer On+Site Dispatch(TM) technology, a software package
which uses a combination of Internet and digital cellular
telephone technologies to support a variety of dispatching
needs, to the "help desk" market.
royalblue launches FrontOffice
royalblue has unveiled a new suite of integrated Customer Interaction
Software (CIS) products. The royalblue
FrontOffice suite comprises royalblue SupportCenter for customer support management,
royalblue HelpDesk for IT and infrastructure support, royalblue ChangeManager for problem
management and controlling change and royalblue InterChange for intelligent data delivery.

RTS Software Provides Data General Worldwide Field Engineering Management
RTS Software
announced at the AFSM International Conference and Expo that Data General has
chosen the company's RTS Stock application to automate and manage the global,
closed-loop logistics functions for the computer manufacturer's field
engineering business.
Data General Field Engineering will be using the RTS Stock module to manage
the company's worldwide spare parts inventory and logistics functions at
locations operated by Data General, as well as at third party repair and
distribution facilities.
