Apropos Technology and Peregrine Systems
Announce CTI Integration Partnership
Apropos Technology, Inc., a developer
of call center management (TCCMTM) software, today announced a
partnership with Peregrine Systems, Inc.
Peregrine Systems ServiceCenter(R) Enterprise Service Desk application
and Apropos' Version 4 turnkey call
center management solution will now team
up to provide a superior CTI-enabled service desk.
The terms of the agreement call for both companies cross-recommending
each other's solutions into appropriate accounts. As
well, Peregrine Systems has acquired an Apropos call center management
system for installation and display at their corporate
visit center. Finally, Apropos has acquired Peregrine Systems software
for application integration testing and development.

Sprint Calls on Vertical Solutions' PowerHelp
for PBX Support, Dials Up 75% Increase in Productivity
Sprint's Business Market Organization, which supports 31,000 clients and
over 1,000 technicians for Sprint's PBX Systems, key systems,
routers, servers, Internet products and
video conferencing equipment has implemented
PowerHelp(TM) help desk software from
Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI).
Sprint has recognized a minimum 75%
increase in
productivity measured by Sprint's ability to
almost double the number
of calls engineers were able to take prior to implementing PowerHelp.
ICT GROUP INC. Appoints Chief Financial Officer
ICT Group Inc. said Vincent Paccapaniccia (formerly of
Villeroy and Boch Ltd), vice
president of finance, succeeds Carl Smith as chief financial officer.
