HDI Tip of the Day
Your help desk should only be responding to requests that are included in your list of services. If you receive requests for services not on your list, then you need to refuse them by suggesting resources where customers might get the service required. Tracking such requests will indicate whether you should think about changing or adding to your services. -- Running an Effective Help Desk, second edition by Barbara Czegel
