Peregrine Systems and Envive Corporation Join Forces to Provide
Proactive SAP R/3 Problem Resolution -
Peregrine Systems, Inc. today announced an integration between its Enterprise
Service Desk, ServiceCenter(R), and Envive ServiceAlert, a real-time monitoring
and alerting system for SAP R/3 applications.
The integration of the two products will allow SAP users,
to pro-actively resolve problems quickly
through the use of an Enterprise Service Desk.
Firstwave Technologies, Inc. and Grant Thornton Announce Global
Consulting Alliance -
New alliance will provide customers with latest Internet technologies
including a comprehensive range of services including installation, deployment,
documentation and training for Netgain(TM) Sales --
the Web based sales information system.
TeleTech Awarded Second Dedicated Center From the United States
Postal Service -
TeleTech Holdings' subsidiary, TeleTech Facilities Management,
Inc., today announced the signing of a multi-year agreement
with the U.S. Postal Service to provide customer information
services to the U.S. Postal Service's national customer base.
Under this new agreement, TeleTech will develop a customer
care center in Kansas City, Kansas, and deploy people,
infrastructure and processes to support this initiative.
Over the program implementation period, TeleTech expects
to hire more
than 1,000 employees and to begin initial operations in
late 1998.
