Primus(R) Announces SolutionSeries(TM) Software Version 3.0

Primus(R), a provider of problem resolution and knowledge management software for customer support organizations, today announced new versions in both English and Japanese (Kanji) of its entire SolutionSeries(TM) family of software products, which include enhancements to help manage solution quality and workflow processes. The SolutionSeries 3.0 software family includes client software applications SolutionBuilder(R), SolutionExplorer(TM) and SolutionPublisher(R). Each of these client applications is geared toward a distinct group of users within the support community, enabling all those involved in a support interaction to solve problems in the most productive and cost-effective way.

Bendata Releases New Version of HEAT Call Management System

Bendata, Inc., an Astea International company, oday announced the release of HEAT version 4.1, the company's call-management software. The new version incorporates new knowledge-management tools, certified Windows 98 compatibility, and refinements of the application's 32-bit architecture.

Clarify Inc., today announced a multi-million dollar sales contract with Tech Data Corp., one of the largest distributors of personal computer products. Motive Communications Secures $10 Million in New Equity Capital

Motive Communications, Inc. today announced it has secured $10 million in additional equity capital from current and new investors. Motive formally launched its products two months ago after a year spent developing and securing early customers. The company has already received acceptance from customers like CompuCom, Disney, JD Edwards, MCI, Netscape, and partnerships with Clarify, Remedy, Scopus, Tivoli Systems and Vantive. Precision Response Corporation Reports 1998 Second Quarter Results

The Company announced record revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 1998 of $43.4 million, up 21% from $36.0 million reported for the same period a year ago. Net income increased to $829,000 or $0.04 per share (diluted) for the second quarter of 1998 compared to net income of $475,000 or $0.02 per share (diluted) for the same period in 1997.
