Tigerpaw Software has completed work on its version 10 release, Tigerpaw CRM+. Data Collection Resources announced the general availability of CEMS Release 5.2. CEMS 5.2 offers intuitive new features that make managing and reporting agent performance less complex and more robust. Translations.com and FatWire Software announced the debut of a combined product offering that eliminates barriers to cooperation between global resources. The integration of these two products provides a collaboration-based solution for localizing global content into multiple languages.
CrossTec announced the availability of NetOp On Demand v1.3. The new Internet-based remote control solution, developed by Danware Data A/S, enables help desk professionals to connect directly to end users' machines in seconds.
Satuit Technologies announces a partnership with Bluespring Software to deliver extended CRM solutions to its client base. As a part of the agreement, Satuit will integrate and distribute Bluespring's BPM Suite.
Antamis Sprl announced an alliance agreement with SugarCRM. Antamis will provide a full line of planning, implementation, deployment and customization services in multiple languages, as well as full maintenance and support for all the editions of Sugar Suite.
Aspect Software announced that Telerx has expanded the voice-over-Internet (VoIP) capability of its existing PSTN contact center using Aspect Uniphi Connect. Aspect Uniphi Connect makes it possible to manage IP-based agents and PSTN-based agents from a single platform.
Vendavo and SAP announced that SAP AG will offer a solution for price and margin management by reselling Vendavo's price management software suite to its customers within manufacturing industries such as chemicals, high tech and oil and gas. The new solution, which is "Powered by SAP NetWeaver," will complement and enhance the price execution capabilities of mySAP ERP and mySAP CRM with pricing analytics, a framework for price setting and policy management; and interactive negotiation capabilities to recommend, negotiate and evaluate prices and terms on sales agreements.
