Unveil and Genesys Form Relationship Unveil Technologies and Genesys Telecommunications announced that Unveil has joined the Genesys InterActs Partner Program as a Strategic Member. As part of the agreement, Unveil can resell both the Genesys 7 contact center software and the Genesys Voice Platform in conjunction with its Conversation Manager solution.
Circuit City Stores Extending Use of RealDialog LiveWire Logic announced Circuit City Stores is extending its use of RealDialog, a self-service solution that automatically answers store associates' questions regarding policies and procedures and a new point-of-sales solution. By centralizing store technical support and business information in RealDialog, store associates are able to access information immediately and cost effectively, without contacting a call center for support.

Net income for the quarter was $98,000, or $0.01 per common share, compared with a net loss of $400,000, or ($0.03) per common share in the 4th quarter of 2004 and net income of $330,000, or $0.03 per share in the same period last year.
Astea Reports Results Astea released financial results for the third quarter of 2004. For the quarter ended September 30, 2004, Astea reported revenues of $4 million compared to revenues of $2.8 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2003, a 41% increase. Net profit for the quarter was $155,000 or $.05 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $1.5 million or $.54 per diluted share for the same period in 2003.
