CRMAdvocate Announced Final Two Users Choice Winners for 2004
The Sixth Annual Users Choice Awards sponsored by CRMAdvocate announced the winners of the final two categories for 2004. The winner for Help Desk applications is FootPrints by Unipress Software. The winner for Hosted CRM Solutions is Aplicor CRM Suite by Aplicor. The Users Choice Awards was the first to use the ultimate judge, the users, to determine the best products in numerous CRM and Contact Center product and service categories. FieldCentrix and Intel Provide Mobilized Computing
FieldCentrix announced it will work with Intel Corporation to offer FieldCentrix FX MobileR software for IntelR CentrinoT mobile technology and IntelR Mobile Media Architecture-based platforms. The solutions will equip mobile service workers with real-time information and decision-making capabilities in the field and help service organizations in the manufacturing and other asset-intensive industries to increase productivity and efficiency and reduce operating costs.

FrontRange Achieves Certification

AAA National To Partner With Fuze Digital Solutions
Fuze Digital Solutions announced that it has reached an agreement with AAA to provide the Fuze Q&A Suite. AAA will deploy the Fuze Q&A Suite solution on its internal and external Web sites to provide faster and more efficient service to its AAA member clubs, staff and other Web visitors. The agreement also designates Fuze as a Preferred Partner of eService software to all AAA member clubs.

PeopleSoft And Research In Motion Deliver
PeopleSoft announced PeopleSoft Enterprise Sales for BlackBerry, a new wireless Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution optimized for managing time-sensitive and mission-critical sales tasks. PeopleSoft Enterprise Sales for BlackBerry works in conjunction with the BlackBerry wireless platform developed by Research In Motion to increase the productivity of mobile sales professionals. Texas Agency With Convergys
Convergys Corporation announced that the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, has awarded Convergys a five-year contract to provide human resources and payroll services for HHSC's 46,000 employees. The initial transition phase for Convergys to deliver human resources and payroll services through the outsourced model is expected to take approximately one year.

ViryaNet Signs Agreement with Freewill Solutions
ViryaNet announced that it has signed a value added reseller (VAR) agreement with Freewill Solutions. Freewill Solutions possesses a position in the Thai securities brokerage and non-life insurance industry, with a focus on professional services, software development, e-business, and mobile solutions. Freewill Solutions also targets the manufacturing, retailing/consumer packaged goods, and telecommunications industries. Under the terms of the agreement, Freewill Solutions will act as an independent VAR of ViryaNet Service Hub, and will market, sell, implement, and support ViryaNet Service Hub in a variety of industries in the Thai markets.
