VoiceLog Announces VirtualMonitor
VoiceLog announced the availability of VirtualMonitor, a Quality Monitoring solution that requires no equipment to be installed at the client's call center. MindHarbor Announces mmprove
MindHarbor announced the launch of its "mmprove" online publication manager functionality. This new addition to the mmprove Website Content Manager allows publishers to keep their online content up-to-date without the costly requirement of a webmaster or contracted technical support. The browser-based application, developed entirely in the United States, was specifically designed to eliminate content management bottlenecks associated with an online publication by allowing non-technical personnel to easily manage and update their web-based content.

Cairo Launches Online Shopping Resource
Cairo announced the launch of Cairo.com, an online shopping resource for saving consumers time and money when shopping at traditional bricks and mortar retail outlets. In just a few clicks of the mouse, consumers are able to find and track local sales for whatever's on their shopping list. With offline shopping comprising 93 percent of all retail sales, Cairo is an online tool to make that offline shopping experience quicker and less expensive.

RightNow Reports Financial Results
RightNow Technologies announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004. RightNow reported consolidated revenues of $16.4 million for the quarter, an increase of 78 percent from the comparable quarter last year. Revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2004 were $44 million, an increase of 74 percent from $25.3 million for the nine month period ended September 30, 2003.   (about RightNow)
