Cairo Launches Online Shopping Resource Cairo announced the launch of Cairo.com, an online shopping resource for saving consumers time and money when shopping at traditional bricks and mortar retail outlets. In just a few clicks of the mouse, consumers are able to find and track local sales for whatever's on their shopping list. With offline shopping comprising 93 percent of all retail sales, Cairo is an online tool to make that offline shopping experience quicker and less expensive.
APAC Invests In Witness Systems Witness Systems announced that APAC Customer Services has purchased the company's eQuality customer interaction recording and performance evaluation software. RightNow Reports Financial Results RightNow Technologies announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004. RightNow reported consolidated revenues of $16.4 million for the quarter, an increase of 78 percent from the comparable quarter last year.
