PeopleSoft announced PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 8.11. A module within the PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne 8.11 product family, the new solution enables manufacturers to extend their supply chain by embedding advanced sales and customer service functionality within manufacturing-specific business processes. ATG Introduces e-Marketing Application
ATG introduced ATG Adaptive Customer Outreach, an e-marketing product designed to leverage the rich understanding of a company's customers gained through their Web interactions, preferences, and behaviors. ATG's new application uses this customer insight to create more relevant, compelling, and personalized e-marketing and proactive customer service campaigns. AGL Resources Extends Deployment Of Witness Systems

Epicor and Smart Software Alliance Gathers Momentum
Smart Software announced that Epicor Software recently sold Smart's flagship product, SmartForecasts Enterprise, to three companies in North America. These companies will integrate SmartForecasts with the Epicor Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Suites of the Epicor Enterprise end-to-end solution to improve their demand planning processes. Target SFA Suite Deployed For Watson Pharmaceuticals
Target Software announced that Watson Pharmaceuticals has licensed its Target SFA mobile pharmaceutical sales software suite. The suite is being implemented for Watson's entire field sales force. Field sales representatives and managers from Watson's Specialty Products, and Nephrology groups are currently being trained and deployed on the Pocket PC edition of Target Mobile. Watson sales representatives will be using Target Mobile to manage professional and account data, plan routes, record call activity and replace paper processes.
