SupportSoft Completes Core Networks Acquisition
SupportSoft announced that it has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Core Networks Incorporated under the terms of the agreement previously announced on July 20, 2004. Core Networks specializes in technologies for network monitoring, management and activation of advanced digital services for DSL and cable broadband providers.   (about SupportSoft)

Symon Showcases Its Newest Enterprise Server Release
Symon Communications announced the general release of Symon Enterprise Server (SES) 8.0. SES is a middleware infrastructure for unifying business data solutions. It collects, transforms and distributes both real-time and historical enterprise-wide key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical business information for use by other applications and devices. Symon Enterprise Server 8.0 eliminates data silos and reduces operating costs. Companies can now present data to all clients in formats meaningful to each individual.

LG Electronics Selects Channel Intelligence
The IT Brand Division of LG Electronics has selected Channel Intelligence to improve its selling opportunities online and in retail store locations worldwide. The LG IT Brand Division will team with Channel Intelligence for new business development of the manufacturer's line of LCD monitors, optical storage products and DLP projectors. The company will use Channel Intelligence's SellPath Product Links services to manage the data flow through the retail channel for a full product line of LCD monitors, DLP projectors and optical storage products, including CD-ROM drives, DVD ROM drives, DVD Rewriters, CD-R/RW drives and Combo drives.

Cartesis Turns To Eloqua
Cartesis needed to improve the quality and effectiveness of its lead generation efforts in order to accelerate its growth in the market for enterprise financial and performance management systems. Cartesis turned to Eloqua Corporation to help it improve its ability to identify, track, qualify, distribute and convert leads into sales. Using Eloqua's Marketing and Sales Conversion Suite, Cartesis was able to integrate its marketing and sales organizations, automate its lead generation process, and increase its opt-in database of prospects significantly -- resulting in a 500% percent increase in lead generation results in less than 6 months.

The integration of IBM's DB2 Information Integrator Classic Federation for z/OS with BusinessObjects Data Integrator enables organizations to easily access data and metadata on their mainframe systems and deliver quality information to users of reporting and analytic solutions.

TuVox Sales Surge
TuVox announced its fifth consecutive quarter of record sales and customer growth. During the third quarter of fiscal 2004, TuVox secured a number of key new customer wins, including Columbia House, Netflix, Oriental Trading Company and the United States Postal Service. The company also delivered additional applications to many of its existing customers, such as MCI, TiVo, Activision and Definity Health.
