CRMAdvocate Announces Most Recent Users Choice Award Winners
CRMAdvocate announced the winners of the next two categories for the Sixth Annual Users Choice Awards. The winner for Contact Center Quality Monitoring is eQuality Balance by Witness Systems and the winner for Field Service Solutions is Antenna A3 from Antenna Software. The Users Choice Awards was the first to use the ultimate judge, the users, to determine the best products in numerous CRM and Contact Center product and service categories. InsideScoop Introduces New sforce Solution
InsideScoop and salesforce.com announced the availability of InsideScoop for salesforce.com. Integrated with salesforce.com via the sforce on demand platform, and available to salesforce.com customers, InsideScoop's core product, Customer Connection, eliminates the research and data entry time needed to bring the right account, contact and lead data into salesforce.com. In addition, InsideScoop's data cleansing process, Customer Cleanse, enables customers to standardize, enrich and deduplicate existing data.

Initiate Identity Hub 5.2 Announced
Initiate Systems announced the availability of Initiate Identity Hub 5.2 software, the company's CDI product. The enhancements to the latest version of Initiate Identity Hub software better enable organizations to create, maintain and use a trusted view of the customer across disparate systems.

Reynolds And Reynolds Teams With Experian
The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced its collaboration with Experian Automotive and the expansion of Reynolds Data Integrity Services. Reynolds Data Integrity Services, powered by Experian, offers data cleansing services that update and standardize customer address and telephone records in a dealership's database. Data cleansing with Customer Address Update and Customer Telephone Update provides dealerships with current customer information, enabling them to maximize marketing activities and results.

Convergys Signs Contract With TeliaSonera
Convergys announced a contract with TeliaSonera. TeliaSonera will use Convergys' Infinys application for rating and billing, Geneva, to accelerate its move toward a convergent business model and lower the costs of its billing operation. Convergys will enhance TeliaSonera's ability to deliver integrated services.

KnowledgeBroker (KBI) announced that they have signed an agreement with KMXperts to bundle KBI's Computer Support content with KMXperts new product release: Knowledge Management for Magic (KMM). ICT GROUP Wins Contract
ICT GROUP announced that it has been named one of the five vendors awarded a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contract to provide contact center solutions to government agencies and departments. The contract is for one year with four one-year options. The program has a funding capacity of $150 million over the next five years.

First Financial Institution In Hawaii Deploys Intervoice
Intervoice announced that American Savings Bank successfully deployed a speech-enabled banking application designed by Intervoice, making it the first financial institution in Hawaii to deploy this type of technology. American Savings Bank has been an Intervoice customer since 2001 and is further increasing caller satisfaction and extending self- service offerings with the Omvia Voice Framework deployed within a Cisco IP environment.

Arthritis Foundation Selects Kintera
The Arthritis Foundation announced that Kintera has been selected as the online technology provider for the Arthritis Walk, Joints in Motion and other fundraising events held throughout the United States. The national contract encompasses all 47 Arthritis Foundation affiliate chapters.

Thomson Elite And West Team Up
Thomson Elite and West recently announced a collaboration to streamline the billing process for law firm customers. Firms can now incorporate Westlaw online research usage into Elite Billing Manager.
