Rainmaker Systems, an outsource provider of sales and marketing programs for service contracts, announced that Martin D. Hernandez has been promoted to president. Hernandez joined Rainmaker in October of 1999 as chief financial officer and was promoted to chief operating officer in August of 2000.

Fiserv Securities Selects Scherrer Web Ally CRM
Fiserv Securities has selected Web Ally as its front office, enterprise customer relationship management (eCRM) platform for its account managers, sales assistants, group managers and administrative staff located within their nationwide branch offices and Philadelphia central office. This installation is part of the Fiserv Securities, Inc. rollout of a current Intranet platform for its national account management team. Web Ally CRM is being used in conjunction with their other Intranet desktop applications to provide a continued high level of service to their correspondent clearing clients.

Sento Signs National Internet Retailer
Sento announced that the Company has secured a contract with a national online florist to provide outsourced call center support. At that company's request, Sento officials have declined to identify the new customer; however, this company has been a successful national brand for several years.

Witness Systems Announces Quarterly Results
Witness Systems today announced financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2004. Revenue was $33.0 million, compared to $17.2 million in the first quarter of 2003. Under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), net income in the first quarter was $470,000 or $0.02 per share, compared to a loss of $0.49 per share in the first quarter of last year when the acquisition of Eyretel was completed.   (about Witness)
