SPSS Releases New Version of Market Research Platform SPSS announced the immediate availability of the latest version of SPSS Dimensions, a suite for survey design, data collection, data management, analysis and publishing of market research results. This latest release includes updates and enhancements to mrInterview, which offers online research products; mrStudio, which manages survey research data; and mrTables, which builds, shares and enables interaction with tables using a Web browser.
Aspect to Deliver Speech Solutions Aspect has joined Microsoft's Speech Partner Program. Aspect also announced its endorsement of Speech Application Language Tags (SALT), an emerging standard for speech-enabling telephony, mobile and Web applications. In addition, Aspect announced plans for the first in a suite of speech-enabled applications built to run on the Microsoft Speech Server (MSS) -- the Aspect(r) eSchedule Planner, an interactive voice response (IVR) module within the Aspect eWorkforce Management solution.
West Corporation Extends Deployment of Witness Witness announced that West Corporation has extended its eQuality software investment with plans to deploy the solutions in three of the company's international contact centers located in Jamaica and the Philippines. West has established the eQuality customer interaction recording and performance evaluation software as its standard. RightNow Helps Univ of Memphis Improve Student Service RightNow announced the University of Memphis has deployed its technology to provideanswers to students' questions across phone, email, web and chat channels. The system, dubbed "Ask TOM" after the school's tiger mascot, consolidates a wide range of information that was previously scattered across the University's various academic and administrative departments into a common knowledge base. Intervoice Announces Speech Applications Omvia Voice Express Packaged Applications from Intervoice support both Speech Application Language Tags (SALT) and Voice Extensible Mark-up Language (VoiceXML), as well as the Intervoice IQTalk environment. The Omvia Voice Express packaged applications from Intervoice combine an "out of the box" voice user interface (VUI) with a solution that can be customized.

AGF Deploys PeopleSoft CRM PeopleSoft announced that AGF has deployed PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM to strengthen relationships with its intermediaries -- the advisors and brokers who influence investor decisions, sell AGF's products, and provide customer service to individual investors. The company's customer service agents are now able to collect advisor and broker data in real time, allowing the company to match service levels to current and future value rather than historical performance.
Roxio Signs with noHold noHold announced the addition of Roxio to its list of clients. noHold also extended its contracts with iRiver, Bluecoat, and with SonicWALL. noHold also announced the launch of its "MIS Advisors" suite of products. MIS Advisors were developed specifically for a company's internal MIS organization, providing their employees with timely answers and resolutions for MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and LotusNotes.
Concerto Announces Preliminary Results For the year ended December 31, 2003, Concerto expects total revenue of approximately $107.0 to $107.5 million, an increase of 7.5% to 8.0% over 2002 total revenue of $99.5 million. The company anticipates GAAP net income of approximately $2.3 - $2.5 million, or $0.20 - $0.22 diluted earnings per share, for the year ended December 31, 2003, compared with a GAAP net loss of $8.0 million or $0.66 diluted loss per share for the year ended December 31, 2002. Amdocs Reports Revenue Growth Amdocs reported that for the first quarter ended December 31, 2003, revenue was $428.3 million, representing sequential growth of 4.0% and an increase of 26.2% from last year's first quarter. Net income was $57.0 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, and increased by $13.5 million, or 31.0%, when compared to net income of $43.5 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, in the first quarter of fiscal 2003. Rockwell FirstPoint Adds New Staff Rockwell FirstPoint Contact announced it added two new directors to its management team. Garry Reichert joins as director, strategic sales and Sandy Biggam as director of new solutions development. Reichert held strategic alliance leadership roles with companies that include Aspect, Pivotal and Siemens while Biggam was COO for contract center software startup Eqtima and vice president of technology at British Telecom for the Genie Mobile Internet division.
