The AIM Group has completed the acquisition of SharpOWL Software International Limited and its SharpOWL Professional Services Automation (PSA) software. All aspects of the business have been acquired including staff, its business interests and premises. Further details of the transaction are not disclosed.



Epicor Adds Shipping Capabilities
Epicor announced its Vista integrated manufacturing solution, tailored specifically for small and midsize manufacturers, which now offers new functionality to streamline the shipping process. Vista 6.1 offers two new advanced shipping packages - Advanced Shipping Management and ExpressShip -- that integrate with FedEx, UPS, and the U.S. Postal Service to efficiently manage the logistics of the shipping process for more streamlined inventories and warehouse management.

Courion And Vocent Selected By Cox
Courion and Vocent Solutions announced that Cox Communications has selected Courion's PasswordCourier and Vocent's voice authentication server for self-service password management and authentication to reduce costs and increase security. When Cox discovered that nearly 20 percent of the calls to its IT help desk were to reset passwords for its 22,000 employees, the company decided to implement a technology solution to automate this tedious and costly process.

Amdocs announced the deployment of Amdocs ClarifyCRM at UTA Telekom AG, Austria's alternative provider of telecommunication and e-business services. RightNow Technologies announced its 19th consecutive quarter of revenue growth and 6th consecutive quarter of cash-flow positive status in the third quarter of 2003. Quarterly revenue grew 13 percent over the second quarter of 2003 and 31 percent over the third quarter of 2002.

Primus Reports Financials
Primus announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2003. Net income for the third quarter of 2003 was $379,000 or $0.02 per share, compared with a net loss of $2.7 million or $0.18 per share for the second quarter of 2003, and a net loss of $1.6 million or $0.08 per share for the third quarter of 2002.
