Intervoice To Enhance Product Offering Intervoice announced it will add Intel NetStructure DM/V-A Resource Series telephony boards which support both industry standards Speech Application Language Tags (SALT) and Voice Extensible Mark-up Language (VoiceXML), to its Omvia Voice Framework product suite for the development, deployment and management of voice solutions. Avaya Completes Acquisition Of VISTA Avaya announced it has completed the acquisition of service delivery technologies and two business units from VISTA Information Technologies. The acquisitions enhance Avaya Global Services' delivery of design, implementation and management services for converged, multi-vendor networks and advanced multimedia contact centers. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
