Siebel Systems and IBM announced they have designed a new on demand hosted customer relationship management (CRM) service. Together, the two companies will jointly develop, market, sell, deliver, and service Siebel CRM OnDemand, a new offering specifically designed to meet the growing market demand for CRM. Individuals and companies can sign up for Siebel CRM OnDemand for a monthly subscription price of $70 per user.

Intervoice To Enhance Product Offering
Intervoice announced it will add Intel NetStructure DM/V-A Resource Series telephony boards which support both industry standards Speech Application Language Tags (SALT) and Voice Extensible Mark-up Language (VoiceXML), to its Omvia Voice Framework product suite for the development, deployment and management of voice solutions. The use of standards-based telephony boards enables Intervoice to offer customers more flexibility and integration with existing systems.



FRx Software Introduces Integration Designer 1.0
FRx Software Corp., a Microsoft company and a part of Microsoft Business Solutions, announced the availability of Microsoft Business Solutions for Analytics-Integration Designer 1.0, an application that accelerates the process of integrating FRx Software's financial reporting application with midmarket segment general ledger (GL) systems. Integration Designer was designed to help FRx Software's value-added resellers (VARs) grow their business in financial analytics by offering Microsoft Business Solutions for Analytics-FRx to customers who don't have a way to use the application with their particular GL..



AIM Technology Selected By Aspect
AIM technology announced an agreement with Aspect Communications Corporation whereby Aspect will license AIM technology's AIMCall product for use within its Aspect Performance Optimization for eWorkforce Management (eWFM) solution. Using AIMCall, the new Aspect offering will extend performance analysis capabilities to every corner of the contact center, pushing actionable performance metrics from the supervisor and manager levels down to the individual customer service agents themselves.

Avaya Completes Acquisition Of VISTA
Avaya announced it has completed the acquisition of service delivery technologies and two business units from VISTA Information Technologies. The acquisitions enhance Avaya Global Services' delivery of design, implementation and management services for converged, multi-vendor networks and advanced multimedia contact centers. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.



KLM Selects E.piphany
E.piphany announced that KLM selected the E.piphany Marketing and Interaction Advisor software solutions to support its customer loyalty and targeted communications programs across its global customer base. E.piphany software was selected after an evaluation against Siebel, PeopleSoft and Blue Martini.



Frost & Sullivan Recognizes NICE
NICE Systems announced that Frost & Sullivan has recognized NICE for its number one market share position in 2002 in the worldwide Quality Monitoring market, comprised of both Full Recording and Selective Recording. The report also indicated that NICE has increased its market share in both the Full Recording and Selective Recording segments during the first quarter of 2003.
