Interactive Intelligence Launches SIP Proxy Server LiveWire Logic and Water Pik Technologies announced results of Waterpik's use of automated self-service agent software, called RealDialog. Waterpik placed an automated service agent on their Personal HealthCare website and has experienced savings for their support group, while improving customer satisfaction.
NetLedger Changes Name To NetSuite The company formerly known as NetLedger announced that it will change its corporate name to NetSuite. The new name is driven by the success of the company's NetSuite integrated ERP/CRM/E-Commerce business application for mid- sized companies. The NetSuite product was introduced more than a year ago, and today the majority of the company's more than 7,000 customers are using the product to run their business operations.
Lewis Selects Applix Applix announced that the Lewis Operating has selected TM1 Web, Applix's new BI solution, to streamline their current enterprise reporting and budgeting process. Applix's unique BIshare technology makes TM1 Web an application from a BI vendor that allows users to create Web-based worksheets or 'Websheets' directly from within Microsoft Excel, allowing users to share enterprise data and facilitating forecasting, planning and budgeting through 'what-if' analyses.
PeopleSoft Announces Enhanced Support Policy PeopleSoft introduced major enhancements to its support offering. The new policy is built upon PeopleSoft's, four-year support policy and includes: software fixes and updates for four years from general availability, upgrade scripts to the most current release for five years, tax and related regulatory changes for six years, and technical support with access to in-depth problem solving. more »
