Intervoice Announces Telephony Software
Intervoice announced the availability of its Telephony Interface Manager (TIM) software product and pre-configured hardware platform for the deployment of speech applications to participants in the Microsoft Speech Server Beta program. The Intervoice TIM offers advanced call and media control capabilities to the Microsoft Speech Server, the most recent addition to the Windows Server System family, for the deployment of Speech Application Language Tags (SALT)-based telephony and multimodal speech-enabled applications.



Kaidara Introduces Software
Kaidara Software introduced Kaidara Advisor 3.0, a personalized support resolution platform. Kaidara Advisor 3.0 provides troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities that accelerate the accurate resolution of customers' support requests through website, call center, dealer, partner, and field service channels.

Voice Print announced its new Activ! Information Store - a solution for comprehensive interactions data management. Activ! Information Store extends the value of captured voice files with data collected from the switch and 3rd party applications, such as the call duration, who initiated/responded, outcome, transaction ID, account number, campaign code, etc.

SAND Technology announced the general availability of release 3.1 of its SAND Analytic Server. The SAND Analytic Server is an optimized platform for Business Intelligence (BI) systems integration, and for building and deploying analytic applications.
