Five9.com announces the release of Virtual Contact Center- a VoIP based complete call center service (Predictive Dialer, Inbound ACD, IVR, and CRM with voice monitoring, reporting, conferencing, and recording capabilities) that can be rented over the Internet. Five9.com provides the VoIP hardware free of charge with no per minute log-in fees.
