Aspect Communications announced Uniphi, a contact center architecture that aims to bring together workforce, information and communications into solutions focused on helping businesses transition to IP-based technologies at whatever pace suits their needs. Envision Telephony introduced its new workforce management product. Envision Workforce Management optimizes the utilization of the agent workforce and provides a solid foundation for the most effective customer contacts. Envision Workforce Management integrates with Envision Quality Monitoring and Envision eLearning to form an integrated workforce optimization suite, Envision Performance Suite.

Exstream Software announced the general availability of Dialogue WebVerse, a web environment that allows business users to develop and deploy personalized web applications. Calderon Textiles Selects PeopleSoft
PeopleSoft announced that Calderon Textiles selected its Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Financial Management products in the second quarter. The PeopleSoft solution will enable Calderon Textiles to gain visibility into product demand and inventory levels.

Rockwell FirstPoint Contact Posts Quarterly Sales
Rockwell FirstPoint Contact announced its sales for the third quarter of 2003 were $29 million, which were the same in 2002. Operating earnings were breakeven for the quarter, compared to $1 million in the third quarter of 2002. Bookings for the third quarter were $54 million.
