U.S. Navy Deploys PeopleSoft PeopleSoft announced that the United States Navy has deployed the Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), migrating its applications from client server technology to PeopleSoft's Pure Internet Architecture. Based on PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management (HCM) solution, NSIPS enables more than 453,000 Active Duty and Reserve Navy forces to update and maintain critical personnel information online through a standard web browser. more »
