Newgen Launches Program Newgen Results announced the launch of Quality Care Maintenance Reminder System ("QCMRS") Canada in conjunction with Ford Motor Company of Canada. QCMRS is a Ford-endorsed and branded version of Newgen's service reminder program. Scheduled to launch in early 2003, and roll out to Ford of Canada dealerships throughout the remainder of the year, the program will be an international launch of Newgen's service reminder solution, and will be provided in Canada's two official languages, English and French.

BroadVision Powers Portals BroadVision announced that Hutchison Essar is using BroadVision enterprise business portal applications to power customer and employee portals for its Hutch brand, serving subscribers in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Gujrat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Chennai. The company's goal was to consolidate disparate web sites into a centralized employee portal that would provide one-stop access to information, tools and business processes; and a sales portal that would provide its customer base with self-service access to information, services and targeted incentives.
