ClickSoftware Announces Contract
ClickSoftware announced the licensing of its ClickSchedule software solution for The United Illuminating Company (UI), one of Connecticut's largest utilities. ClickSchedule will be implemented as an integrated component of Axiom Corporation's Mobility Mobile Workforce Solution suite of products.

Bioglan Pharmaceuticals With StayinFront
StayinFront announced it has been selected by Bioglan Pharmaceuticals Company to provide a CRM system for use by that company's dedicated sales force and managers. Bioglan, which markets prescription dermatology products, will implement Visual ElkT, StayinFront's solution for managing and integrating all points of customer interaction, and PanoramaT, a data analysis and decision support tool, for managers.

Tess Deploys Amdocs
Tess and Amdocs announced that Tess has deployed Amdocs for end-to-end billing. Amdocs provides Tess with a single consolidated billing solution for all voice and advanced wireless services and has migrated more than 1 million subscribers from Tess' current legacy billing system to Amdocs customer care and billing solution.

HigherGround Selects Resonate Solutions
HigherGround announced selection of Resonate Solutions, a customer management solutions company based in Sydney, Australia, to provide integration, change management and training services for HigherGround products. Resonate will provide HigherGround's Australian customers focused professional services and training activities in support of each of HigherGround's major product lines from its Enterprise Telecommunications Business Intelligence (ETBI) based solutions.

Hyperion and Emagia Corporation announced an alliance for Emagia to offer Hyperion Essbase as an integrated part of its Collaborative Finance Suite. The software offering by Emagia aims to provide users with increased levels of analysis and insight in order to optimize working capital and business performance.

Skanska USA Building With J.D. Edwards
With a new infusion of J.D. Edwards 5 Web-based enterprise software, construction services firm Skanska USA Building Inc. is focusing on providing customers with faster service and online billing throughout its U.S. operations. As Skanska USA Building Inc. expands its use of J.D. Edwards software across its U.S. business divisions, its employees will use the Web for faster access to contract billing capabilities as well as project accounting, financial and human resources information.
