e-bills To Your Inbox Survey Pitney Bowes announced a docSense survey that reveals preference for direct delivery of e-bills. 76% of respondents believed consumers would rather receive electronic bills via their personal email, as opposed to just 5% who thought consumers would prefer to receive electronic bills via a bills consolidator (i.e. a third party site where consumers can view and pay bills from multiple billers).
