Belgacom has implemented Amdocs Order Management to support Local Loop Unbundling (LLU), data connectivity and ADSL wholesale services for Other Licensed Operators (OLOs). The Amdocs solution replaces Belgacom's solutions for improvements in the order and fulfillment process, and offers additional benefits, including improved order tracking and reject handling, flow through billing, rapid launch of new services and minimal IT support.
