Galileo Business Automation Solutions announced the release of Version 4.2 of SellitPro, its web enabled rules based product configurator that aims to enable corporations to sell their products and services, streamline sales execution and reduce the costs associated with inaccurate orders. Companies can achieve these advantages from SellitPro, which is a product and pricing configurator that guides users through a process of needs analysis, recommendation, configuration, pricing and quoting.



Firepond Launches Web Services Initiative
Firepond announced that, in parallel with a corporate initiative to "Web services-enable" its SalesPerformer Configurator, it recently joined the Web Services Interoperability Organization (WS-I). WS-I is the industry organization established in February 2002 to accelerate the development of common best practices for the usage of Web services in the development, deployment, and integration of business applications. Firepond is currently developing an interface to its SalesPerformer Configurator that will make it web services compliant.

The company deployed FootPrints for Exchange because it offers a web-based help desk solution that is quick to implement and designed specifically for its Microsoft Exchange 5.5 environment.

Control-F1 announced that QuarryHouse Systems has chosen CF1-Live to enhance its PC support options. CF1-Live has been brought to QuarryHouse through it's partnership with CRM solutions provider Prior Analytics. Onyx Congratulates Anaheim Angels
Onyx congratulated the Anaheim Angels on winning the 2002 Major League Baseball World Series against the San Francisco Giants in game seven of the series. The Angels also have implemented the CRM solution from Onyx Software, using it to manage customer information, segment target markets and drive sales increases.
