Cibeo Software CRM Appliance Offer
Cibeo Software unveiled a plan to offer an "Opportune CRM Appliance" all-inclusive CRM server that handles storage, access, data synchronization and client software updates automatically. The Appliance benefits from the yet to be released version 3.5 of the Opportune CRM system. The roll-out offer includes special incentives for businesses located near Boston and throughout New England.



Applix Integra 1.1 Announced
Applix announced the availability of Applix Integra 1.1, a platform that integrates planning, performance measurement and operational data to enable companies to optimize business performance and customer interaction. With this release, Applix CRM applications are now available on the Applix Integra platform. The newest version of Applix Integra also provides first-time support for UNIX, which meets the needs of many large enterprise customers using Sun hardware, and a German-language version to support Applix's global customer base.



Oracle9i For Honeywell
Oracle announced that Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions' Environmental Controls business is using an Oracle9i business intelligence solution to equip its sales force with access to customer information. Using the business intelligence and portal features of Oracle9i Application Server and the Oracle database, Honeywell ACS's Environmental Controls 200-person sales force accesses customer and sales reports up to 2,000 times per week.

Help Desk Institute (HDI) and GWI Software announced a partnership. Under the agreement, GWI Software will provide a complimentary six-month HDI membership to new customers, allowing them to access a range of services, products and information.

Witness Systems announced that BTI has selected and implemented its eQuality software. The company is using the software to capture customer intelligence and optimize workforce performance, including service delivered through the customer sales/service representatives (CSRs) at its 120-seat contact center in Raleigh, N.C.

Chordiant Announces Financial Results
Chordiant announced revenues of $18.9 million and a pro forma net loss of 6 cents per share for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002, exceeding consensus estimates for revenue of $16.3 million and a pro forma net loss of 9 cents per share for the quarter. On a U.S. GAAP basis, Chordiant's third quarter 2002 net loss was $5.0 million, or 9 cents per share, compared to a net loss of $10.5 million, or 20 cents for the prior year.

Infineon Selects mySAP.com
SAP and Infineon announced that Infineon will undertake a deployment of the mySAP.com e-business platform. Infineon will also take advantage of new opportunity-planning functionality jointly developed by the two companies to better predict customer demand; a new capability of mySAPCRM, and will soon be available to other SAP customers.



SupportSoft CEO To Present
Radha Basu, Chairman & CEO of SupportSoft, will introduce the benefits of support automation and explain how customers such as Accenture and Siebel are recognizing measurable gains in its use. SupportSoft's software is integrated into the Siebel Employee Relationship Management (ERM) solution.
