Chordiant Announces Financial Results Chordiant announced revenues of $18.9 million and a pro forma net loss of 6 cents per share for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002, exceeding consensus estimates for revenue of $16.3 million and a pro forma net loss of 9 cents per share for the quarter. On a U.S. GAAP basis, Chordiant's third quarter 2002 net loss was $5.0 million, or 9 cents per share, compared to a net loss of $10.5 million, or 20 cents for the prior year. more »
