Time Warner With Convergys
Convergys announced a new multi-year outsourced billing services agreement with the Eastern Carolina Division of Time Warner Cable to support its cable TV and high-speed data offerings. Convergys will operate and maintain its ICOMS billing and customer care product in a Convergys data center, offering Time Warner Cable's Eastern Carolina Division direct, secure, and reliable access to its customer information.
