Pegasystems announced the availability of PegaINTEGRATED INVESTIGATIONS 3.2, a suite of software designed to help financial institutions streamline the processing of payment, securities and treasury investigations and exceptions across the enterprise. By integrating payment, securities and treasury investigations processing in one platform, banks can reduce the duplication of tasks associated with resolving errors.



Kaidara Announces Application
Kaidara Software announced the availability of Kaidara Advisor, an application for product support. Representing 10 years of development, Kaidara Advisor enables organizations to share expert knowledge across language and geographic boundaries and provide responses to inquiries regardless of user's preferred language.



ServiceWare Customers Achieve ROI
ServiceWare announced that its customers are achieving positive return on investment (ROI) by using ServiceWare's knowledge management solutions in their multi-channel contact centers. ServiceWare's eService Suite customers are achieving, on average, a 55-percent improvement in first call resolution, 40-percent reduction in call handle times, 30-percent reduction in new agent training time and 30-percent reduction in call volumes due to deflection to Web self-service.

LoJack Selects ViryaNet
ViryaNet announced that LoJack has licensed ViryaNet Service Hub. LoJack will license ViryaNet's Service Hub, Mobile Workforce Management, Service Scheduler, and eContract applications to streamline the installation of its recovery systems, and support its sales and installation channel strategy.



Edify Convergence Server
Edify announced a breakthrough in delivering customer contact solutions across disparate Web and telephony architectures. Built as an integral part of the Edify 8 architecture, C-Server allows a single converged application to be presented through standards-based markup languages: as speech through VoiceXML; wireless through WML; web through HTML; or on any other channel supported by a markup language.



Childrens Hospital Selects Courion
Courion announced that Children's Hospital Boston has selected Courion's AccountCourier for account provisioning and PasswordCourier for password management. With Courion's technology, Children's Hospital Boston expects to improve the speed by which its medical and administrative personnel can access key computer systems, reduce administrative burden by streamlining common user management tasks, and enforce stronger authentication, access, and auditing policies to increase data security and facilitate compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996.

Winn-Dixie Stores Standardizes On Workbrain
Workbrain announced that Winn-Dixie Stores has standardized on Workbrain RetailERM. Winn-Dixie will use Workbrain's RetailERM solution to automate its workforce management processes for over 110,000 employees in more than 1,070 retail grocery stores, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants.

Vignette announced that global pharmaceutical and healthcare information solutions provider IMS Health has consolidated information from multiple global divisions into one global intranet portal using the Vignette V6 Multisite Content Manager (VMCM). With Vignette, IMS is realizing the benefits of centralized administration of content combined with local control of publishing to various international sites.

The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) announced that EMC was recognized for their customer service excellence with a SSPA Software Technical Assistance Recognition (STAR) Award.
