divine Completes Acquisition Of Viant
Divine announced that it has completed its acquisition of Boston-based Viant Corporation. The common stock of Viant will cease trading following the close of business, Friday, September 27, 2002, and will no longer be listed on the Nasdaq National Market. more »

RareMethod To Acquire AIM
RareMethod Capital is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter Of Intent with the shareholders of Advanced Information Marketing (AIM), a Calgary-based data mining, sales and marketing company, to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of AIM. Under the proposed acquisition, RareMethod will issue 600,000 common shares on closing and up to an additional 400,000 common shares upon AIM reaching established revenue targets, in exchange for 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of AIM.

Pioneer Picks RightNow
Leading audio/video entertainment equipment provider, Pioneer UK is breaking new ground - with an online eService solution from RightNow Technologies. RightNow eService Center, which includes a self-learning knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs), is set to change Pioneer's customer services. Scoped and implemented in just 10 days, it has already reduced the number of emails from Pioneer's customers by 65 percent, from around 1,700 to 600, in 30 days. more »

SAP Names CEO
SAP announced the appointment of William R. (Bill) McDermott to the position of chief executive officer and president, SAP America, Inc. In his new role, McDermott will be responsible for all of SAP's business activities in the United States and Canada and will report directly to Leo Apotheker, president of Global Field Operations and executive board member of SAP AG, who has been the interim head of the North American operation since May of this year.
