FINEOS To Supply Delta Lloyd With System
FINEOS Corporation has just signed a EUR1 million contract to supply Delta Lloyd in the Netherlands with its multi-channel intake and claims management system. The deal with Delta Lloyd NV represents the first sale of FINEOS Claims Management in Europe which was formally launched in July.

NetOp Training In Boca Raton

Sand To Enhance Offering
Sand Technology announced that it is creating a separate group to focus on the delivery of high-performance "customer intelligence" solutions to the Analytic CRM market. Sand will continue to concentrate its corporate efforts on the development and marketing of its analytic application platform, the Sand Analytic Server, while a new group, to be called ClarityBlue, will focus on "customer intelligence" systems integration and solutions.
