SAP And HP Announce Alliance
SAP and HP announced they have signed an agreement for another alliance, to deliver the SAP Business One solution to small and midsize businesses (SMBs) through HP's distribution channel in more than thirty countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). ISM Compare Released
ISM announced the release of ISM compare, a Web-based program for comparing different CRM software packages and their functionality. ISM compare draws its information from ISM's CRM software review library, which includes ISM's Top 30 CRM award winners, and other CRM applications. These software packages undergo testing throughout the year at ISM's CRM Software Testing Laboratory in Bethesda, Maryland. Each software review is based on 166 business, technical, user-friendliness, and support criteria, all of which are searchable using ISM compare.
