Volkswagen Group With mySAP CRM SAP announced that Volkswagen (VW), Audi, and the VW Bank have decided to implement mySAP Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) for their future customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. This decision follows the successful implementation of an initial pilot project last year, where mySAP CRM was used for a service center supporting the launch of the new luxury car VW Phaeton as well as a new call center at Audi.
