Reports Shows ROI With mySAP CRM SAP announced two independent ROI studies that demonstrate that mySAP Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) customers are realizing financial returns on their investments through "connected" customer relationship management. The new studies indicate a 72 percent internal rate of return over two years for Digital Wellbeing, a prominent online provider of health and beauty products for the United Kingdom, and a 63 percent internal rate of return over a three-year period for ratiopharm, one of Europe's providers of generic drugs.
Cutter Studies CRM Satisfaction. The Cutter Consortium recently surveyed 159 companies about their CRM initiatives and discovered that more than 75 percent expressed satisfaction with their organization's CRM efforts. "There is certainly evidence here that CRM dissatisfaction rates are not as high as those touted in the industry," said Curt Hall, a Cutter senior consultant in the business intelligence practice.
