inCall Systems Announces Partner Program
inCall Systems announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Vocalscape, has launched a Partner Program designed to position its products and services at the forefront of online customer interaction. Qualified Program participants receive one VocalConnect license bundled with their web hosting packages and receive wholesale prices on additional chat licenses, VoIP (Voice over the Internet) licenses and outsourced call center packages from inCall Systems. In return, Partners run a marketing program for these products and services and receive a share of revenue generated.

California Companies Choosing MicroStrategy
MicroStrategy announced that in the first half of 2002 it secured 40 new deals in California with companies that will use its MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Platform to help "drive efficiency, productivity and customer relations." Customers include such diverse companies as 21st Century Insurance, ePredix, First Franklin Financial Corp., Harmonic Communications, ProcessClaims and Yahoo! Inc.
