Help Desk Institute (HDI) announced the introduction of a new level of HDI Certification - the Help Desk Senior Analyst (HDSA). IEX announced the general availability of TotalView Workforce Management Version 3.3. New features included in the release aim to simplify contact center administration, extend open information access and support advanced multimedia functionality. The new features announced with TotalView Version 3.3 will be available at no charge to TotalView customers using a previous version of the feature as part of standard maintenance.

CMC Selects e-talk
e-talk announced that Centralized Marketing Company (CMC) will be implementing e-talk's quality management solutions within its expanding operations in the Philippines. The overall process will be leveraged by e-talk's suite of products that include recruiting, recording, evaluating, training and providing an analysis.



Witness Reports Q2 Results
Witness Systems announced revenue of $17 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2002, a 17 percent increase over the $14.5 million reported for the same quarter last year. Revenue for the first six months of 2002 was $35.2 million, an increase of $5.5 million or 18 percent for the same period of 2001.
