STI Knowledge Center Symposium 2002 STI Knowledge's annual conference at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas welcomes more than 600 support industry professionals, managers, directors and company officers to attend classes and lectures -- including one by NBA great Earvin "Magic" Johnson. The Symposium's centerpiece is a live Knowledge Center, a hands-on exhibit that allows visitors to enter tickets and see their issues resolved through STI's Total Business Solution. The symposium will conclude Wednesday with selection of winners of the STIKAs, the annual STI Knowledge Awards for outstanding support teams, professionals, managers and directors.
California DMV Standardizes On Brio Software Brio Software announced that the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has selected the Brio Performance Suite as its business intelligence standard to help in its ability to detect license fraud. Once deployed, the system is designed to streamline efforts by enabling auditors to immediately spot anomalies in data to help identify various forms of fraud.
