BTexact And Aspect Using IP Contact Center Aspect Communications announced that BTexact Technologies and Aspect will work together to offer Internet protocol (IP)-based contact center solutions to their customers across the United Kingdom. HCF Selects Pegasystems Pegasystems announced that Australian health insurer HCF has selected Pegasystems to provide CRM capability throughout the organization. Spanish Government Tax Agency Selects Sitel SITEL announced that the Spanish Government tax agency, Agencia Tributaria, has awarded its Basic Tax Information service contract to an alliance of SITEL and IBERPHONE. Under the terms of the contract, the two contact center service providers will handle all Spanish tax payers' queries for the 2001 tax return campaign between the 2nd of May and 1st of July 2002.
