sales and service representatives. Aspect Web Interaction v4.0 aims to
reduce the number of abandoned transactions by letting representatives
offer consumers assistance in completing online purchases.

Logical Software announces the release of logicalDetective for Call
Centers. A call flow analysis and debugging tool, logicalDetective aims to
make it easy for Telephony Developers to track, diagnose, and report
telephony events and call flows. logicalDetective makes diagnosing call
flow problems straightforward by displaying the telephony events occurring
on the monitored DN (Directory Number).

Vividence announced the availability of the Vividence eXperience
Management System version 2.1. The Vividence XMS Suite is a collection of

BEA Systems and Teradata announced an expansion of their alliance,
