The business continuity offerings are the latest developments in HP's Federated Storage Area Management (FSAM) strategy, which is to increase the amount of data managed on a customer's network ten-fold without adding human resources.
IEX Automates For AAA Oregon/Idaho IEX announced that AAA Oregon/Idaho selected TotalView SC to automate the agent scheduling process for its 80-agent contact center in Lake Oswego, OR.
