Agiliti For CRM
xTech partnered with Agiliti to deliver eCRM applications to its customers as a service. The software-as-a-service offering aims to allow companies to avoid the high costs of purchasing and integrating CRM applications internally. Customers can benefit from leveraging Agiliti's infrastructure and business and marketing services to access xTECH's eCRM solution which includes Sales, Marketing, Call Center, Customer Support, Channel Partner and e-Commerce modules, along with a Microsoft Outlook interface that you can use either online or offline.

Oracle FastForward
Oracle announced the availability of FastForward Flows for Supply Chain Management (SCM), integrated products and services that allow companies to address planning, procurement, manufacturing, and order fulfillment business flows in as little as 90 days. FastForward Flows for SCM let companies take an incremental approach to implementing modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite according to specific business objectives and realize a rapid time-to-benefit. more »

KANA Announces New Funding
KANA announced that it has secured up to $55 million in equity financing consisting of an agreement for a private placement from Technology Crossover Ventures and a completed $10 million common stock financing from funds associated with Amerindo Investment Advisors.

KnowledgeBase Marketing Extends Xchange
Xchange announced an expanded relationship with KnowledgeBase Marketing, a Wunderman company and a provider of marketing information and CRM solutions. KnowledgeBase Marketing has incorporated Xchange's technology in its IMPACT product for more than a year, and will now be able to offer the solution through Wunderman's network of clients and prospects.

Sand Awarded Contract
Sand has been awarded a contract in excess of $2 million to construct a healthcare analytics infrastructure for the Centre de Recherche Clinique and Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Sherbrooke in Quebec. This "infostructure" is part of a multi-center provincial research project coordinated by the McGill University Hospital Center and is supported by an award from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation.

Blue Martini Helps Worten
Worten announced the launch of its online shopping service. Worten's large range of products (over 15.000) plus hundreds of gift suggestions will also be available on the site. Blue Martini Software and e-business partner Enabler worked closely with Worten's business team to develop and implement the online solution.

Salesnet announced the release of its latest product update - External Data Capture (XDC). The new functionality aims to allow companies to capture data from any lead generation channel including Web sites, intranets, emails, call centers, and marketing databases.

Chordiant To Deliver To Signal Iduna
