The company's accelerated approach leverages industry-specific implementation templates that deliver a working production system. The company's first rapid implementation industry solution, designed specifically for the health insurance market, is already in general use.

Amdocs Completes Acquisition Of Clarify
Amdocs announced the completion of the previously announced acquisition from Nortel Networks of substantially all of its Clarify assets, a portfolio of CRM software for communications companies and other enterprise sectors, for approximately US$200 million in cash.

Harte-Hanks Delivers Allink Daily Deposit Builder
Harte-Hanks announced the availability of Allink Daily Deposit Builder, its newest CRM service offering for the financial community. Allink Daily Deposit Builder is designed to decrease attrition of customer accounts and to increase cross-sell performance for other lines of business offered by a financial marketer. The application analyzes and flags customer transactions each night or in real time, so bankers can respond to retain and to grow balances.

ATOMS Adds Agent Desktop Enhancements
Noble Systems announces two new product enhancements to its ATOMS contact center management solution. The new 'Desktop Televiewer' and 'Bonus Alerts' tools are designed to further improve communication with contact center agents, resulting in increased agent productivity and operational efficiencies.

Logica To Implement mySAP
Logica announced a 2 million pounds sterling contract with British Gas HRL, a subsidiary of Centrica plc, to implement mySAP.com, the e-business solution. Logica will implement technology that aims to enable the company to reduce operational costs, streamline efficiencies in the supply of materials to its offshore production platforms and improve reporting capabilities.

Onyx Project
Onyx Software and Deloitte & Touche have been chosen by the London Borough of Brent to supply a CRM system as part of Brent's 'E-Shop' Pathfinder project. These projects are making use of the latest technology to make local services more accessible. Brent was awarded Pathfinder status because of its track record running One Stop Shops and a Call Centre.

BMC Software Selects Vignette
Vignette announced that BMC Software has selected Vignette V6 and the Vignette Enterprise Application Portal (VEAP) to address BMC's need for an enterprisewide content management solution. BMC Software initially plans to deploy Vignette V6 on its corporate site, www.bmc.com/, and then extend its integration of Vignette applications to include its primary intranet site, extranet, e-commerce activities, financial systems and other company content areas.

Genesys And BroadVision Partner
Genesys announced availability of its Gplus Adapter for BroadVision. Genesys and BroadVision are enabling businesses to bring customer contact centers and web sites together in a 'closed loop' communications environment. This new Genesys product combines its contact center solutions with BroadVision's enterprise self-service application suite to manage assisted agent-based customer service with unassisted, personalized self-service.

CyberSource And Aspect Team
Aspect and CyberSource announced an alliance whereby current and future versions of the CyberSource Payment Manager software will be built-in to the Aspect Enterprise Contact Server, allowing companies to process credit, debit and procurement card payments in real time. Aspect has offered some integrated CyberSource payment processing capabilities for almost two years, and this strengthened alliance aims to enable the company to provide functionality for its contact center customers.
